COLLABORATION AGREEMENT
By applying, you agree to create and post a video showcasing the product on your social media within 7 days of receiving it. The product is yours to keep after posting the content.
Requirements
- Minimum 1,000 followers on TikTok or Instagram.
- Must speak Dutch or English.
- Pictures or video must be high quality (at least 1080p).
- Tag us on either TikTok @Play4Kids.eu or Instagram Play4Kids.eu.
- When replying, make sure to specify which product(s) you’re interested in.
- We do not offer monetary compensation; creators receive free products to keep after the collaboration.
- If a product arrives broken, message us for a replacement before uploading the content.

Content Usage Rights: By participating, you grant Play4Kids.eu the right to use, repost, and promote your content on our website, social media, and advertisements.

Post Visibility: Content must remain public for at least 30 days after posting.

Content Guidelines: Content should align with our brand image, be family-friendly, and not include offensive material.

Deadline Enforcement: If content is not posted within 7 days of receiving the product, Play4Kids.eu reserves the right to decline future collaborations.

Exclusivity Clause: For 14 days after posting, creators should not promote direct competitors of Play4Kids.eu.

Disclosure Requirements: Creators must comply with advertising guidelines and disclose sponsorship using appropriate hashtags such as #ad or #sponsored. For more information, please refer to the European advertising guidelines.
